cefischer solutions, division of cefischer Buchverlag + Embedded Solutions, develops reliable yet easy to use embedded technology solutions for industrial and scientific applications. cefischer solutions started its operations in 2009 and will present its first embedded products in 2012.

Our products exclusively rely on a suitable embedded bus standard, the ESISA bus, logical enhancement of the ISA bus standard (IEEE P996) and real alternative to PC/104. Additionally, all SBCs and Smart I/O modules come with our real-time operating system µPMOS preloaded, including its own object oriented programming and runtime environments. Therfore, an ESISA module is both: solution and development tool in one device. We also provide SRAM/ F-RAM memory solutions implemented on standard SODIMMs usable in any embedded application.

Any computer with a null-modem cable and a standard terminal program can be used for firmware development in an ESISA environment. This, combined with the high grade of modularization coming along with the ESISA standard, enables designers to realize a wide variety of industrial and scientific applications in a simple, fast and cost effective way.

Hardware standards and programming environments are thoroughly documented; the technical publication as the technology itself kept available in the very long term, practically unlimited in time.
