Our Embedded Memory Solutions rely on widely used and unique memory technologies. They incorporate low voltage memory components and make them directly available in 5V environments. All solutions are implemented on industry standard SODIMMs. We offer asynchronous high-speed SRAM and non-volatile F-RAM memory modules.

All Embedded Memory Modules come with bus buffering and voltage level conversion circuitry operating at zero propagation delay and plug into mating 144-pin SODIMM sockets directly connected to any 5V bus.

The modules can be used for extending system memory of the StackMaster-286 SBC in a simple plug-and-play manner by means of the System RAM Carrier Module.
