Our System-on-Module devices are highly integrated versatile modules that build on PGA
connectors for reliable module-to-board connections. Protected by an enclosure, they
are ideally suited to be used under harsh operating conditions over the full industrial
temperature range. Very little power requirements let them operate in fanless applications.
Besides, coming with our secure and compact RTOS µPMOS preloaded, the module and its
interfaces are fully operational a few seconds after POST and thanks to the OS' integrated
class development system directly programmable with µREXX, an easy to learn object oriented

A nullmodem cable, a host PC with RS-232 interface and a terminal program are the only
prerequisites to access the module and its embedded programming environment. ISA evaluation
cards with a mating PGA socket for the SoMs and additional functions are available on
requests.
